REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event, that there is an error in the services provided, we might refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation which is entirely at our discretion. Please read the rules of each of the game and terms & conditions before participating, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Please note that this Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions.

Return and Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations You are requested to please contact us at customer care email ID given on the app or mentioned in the Terms of Use. We do not cancel registrations once entered, however, only in exceptional circumstances wherein there is technical fault with the payment gateway or with our website due to which the participant is unable to participate in the contest(s), or for reasons considered by us reasonable which is at our sole discretion, and accordingly we retain the right and authority to cancel your registration on request and refund the money to you (if any) within a reasonable amount of time.
In-case any contest, in respect of which a user has already paid participation fee gets cancelled, then in such event the user(s) money would be refunded to their app wallet.
No other cancellation will be made by us.
Refund Policy
All payments will be received by us through the payment gateway prescribed on our website. All payment refunds shall be made to the source account from which the payment is received, whether through Netbanking, UPI Code, Credit Card, PayTM etc, within 15 business days from the initiation of refund at our end.
