The “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Quiz Time” (“Live Contest”) is a skill based online quiz game which is being hosted and can be played on the application known as “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Quiz Time” available at www.tmkocplay.com for android and IOS App Store (“Platform”). The Game is owned by NEELA MEDIATECH PRIVATE LIMITED. (“NMPL”) as stated hereunder:

The Live Contest will be held in accordance with the details provided as per notifications received by the users of the App, which would provide user(s) advance notification in respect of the upcoming Quiz contest, time-slot etc. The download and use of the App by a contestant/ user would confirm and constitute as a valid and binding agreement by the contestant/ user to abide by the terms and conditions, rules and policies of the App.

This app for the age group of 18+ years.

"Apple" is not a sponsor of any contest or sweepstakes within this app.

1. The contest will consist of multiple quizzes based on the episodes of the program/series titled “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah” (“Program”), owned by NEELA FILM PRODUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("NFPPL”) will be telecast in Hindi Language on the Satellite Television Channel as per weekly broadcast schedule. It is clarified herein that the said Episodes of the Program are telecast by Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited and NFPPL/NMPL will not be responsible for the same in any manner and further Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited is not sponsoring and/or connected with the Contest and will not be responsible for the same in any manner.2. Any person interested in participating in the Contest, will be required to download on their iOS and Android Mobile phones, the Mobile Application titled ”Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Quiz Time” available on tmkocplay.com and register themselves as mentioned below. The registered person is hereinafter referred to as “Contestant”.

3. Any entry for participation in the Contest is not transferrable.

4. Steps for Registration

a. Download the “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Quiz Time” App from http://tmkocplay.com.

b. Please note, the application download is free of cost, however data charges may apply. For further details please contact your telecom operator.

c. You will be prompted to register by providing your mobile number. An OTP will be sent across to your mobile number to verify the same.

d. Once registered, you will be prompted to provide your basic details such as Date of Birth, Gender and State/City etc.

e. In the event the Contestant uses a SIM card not registered in his name for registration, NMPL will not be responsible to track such Contestant.

f. In the event, it is not possible to determine with certainty the person who registered from a particular mobile number, that entry would be disqualified. Contestant (s) are requested to use mobile numbers which are unique to them.

g. Taking part in the registration process shall be deemed to be acceptance by the Contestant (s) to receive promotional messages from NMPPL or any third party so authorized by NMPL.

h. The procedures for registration and participation in the Contest are subject to the Rules & Regulations stated herein. Non-conformance by any Contestant (s) to the Rules & Regulations will disqualify him/her from participation or winnings, immediately, as the case may be.

5. Bank Account Verification.

Bank account verification is a necessary part of the transaction and withdrawal process that ensures funds are coming from and going to legitimate bank accounts. Also known as funding source verification, this confirms that the account being attached is a valid bank account.

a. User(s) of the App following download and registration of account user(s) must upload KYC (Know Your Customer) documents and information as prescribed by the App.

b. Following completion of registration process, user(s) of the App would be required to set-up their digital wallets and in respect of which Bank information such as ‘Bank Account Number’, ‘Bank Branch’, ‘IFSC Code’ and ‘UPI ID’ would be required to be disclosed on the App.

c. In order to verify user Banking information whether the same was entered accurately, the App will make a small deposit of a nominal amount (Rs. 1/-) shall be remitted into the user bank account. It may take up to 3 business days for your bank to process this deposit.

d. Following confirmation of the authenticity of the user Bank account the deposited amount will be debited from the user(s) account, and bank verification charged shall be accordingly debited from User(s) wallet.

Applicable charges for verification purposes shall be as per applicable laws and rules and regulations.

6. The app will display the time-span within which the contestant who desires to play the Contest on the “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Quiz Time” app, will be required to make payment of contest fee which will be reflected on the app and to conform his/her/its participation on that particular day user would be required to make payment of the said amount.

7. The Contestants are advised to watch the Episode(s) of the Program, as the questions asked will be related to any Episode of the Program. After joining---- the contest for any particular day of the contest dates, the Contest will be conducted in the following manner:

a. Following download and registration of the App on the contestant’s handheld device (mobile) the App would provide notification to the contestant prior to commencement of Quiz contest.

b. The App would contain multiple Quiz Contests published for 24 hours based on one single episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.

c. The episode on which the quiz contests will be held will be published on NMPL’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah official YouTube channel and the link to the same shall also be made available on the App. Contestants may therefore be updated regarding the Quiz contests episode for the day accordingly. Contestants may also choose to be updated about the Quiz Contests via daily promotions on NMPL’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah official social media handles.

d. Contestant may choose to join Quiz contest following receipt of notification and accordingly proceed to make payment of the entry fee via contestants wallet for participating in the contest.

e. Following receipt of participation fee, Contestant will be confirm and shall start receiving questions for participating in the contest.

f. The question asked will be followed by four (4) answer options, wherein one (1) of the said answer options shall be the correct answer to that particular question.

. The Contestant will be provided with a countdown time limit of 15 seconds to answer the question.

g. If the Contestant answers the said question correctly, the next question shall be provided.

h. Each question asked, will be provided with a countdown time limit of 15 seconds from the time the question is asked.

i. Each question answered correctly, will take the Contestant to the next question whereas a wrong answer would lead to ouster from the particular Contest in which the contestant is participating.

j. The contestants will be given certain lifelines, subject to referral by contestant(s) of the app to third-parties. If the contestant has a lifeline, the same would automatically apply and be used to go to the next question, in the event the user gets a wrong answer at any time. It is clarified that the lifeline can only be used once per quiz to go to the next question and cannot be used throughout the Multiple Live contest quizzes to be organized per day.

8. NMPL will not entertain any claims / questions / queries with respect to the authenticity or correctness of any questions and answers for the questions asked during the Contest.

9. NMPL’s decision on the correctness or incorrectness of any answer is final and binding on all Contestants which you agree to abide by in entirety.

10. Each Participant can refer the Contest to their acquaintances by inviting them through the “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Quiz Time”. All Contestants answering all 5 questions correctly (“Winners”) shall be entitled to the winning of a prize pool amount to be disclosed at the discretion of NMPL.

11. NMPL will announce the name of the Winners of the Contest for each quiz within 24 hours of the contest ending by uploading the same on the “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Quiz Time” app. It will be the sole responsibility of the Participants to check the names of the Winners.

12. NMPL shall have the sole discretion to decide whether or not to declare the Winners or the manner in which the Winners are announced and the Winners hereby undertake not to question or to make any claims against the manner in which the names of the Winners are declared by NMPL.

13. The prize money allotted to the Winners will be credited into their game wallet available in the “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Quiz Time” app. The Winners have to withdraw their prize money in the following manner:

a. A request for withdrawal of the said prize amounts can be placed vide the “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Quiz Time” app by the Winners, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of INR. 250/- (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) being accumulated with NMPL.

b. The request may be processed by NMPL within 10 days of such request being sent by the Winner to NMPL and subject to complete details as required by NMPL, being received by NMPL from the said Winner.

c. The Winners have to withdraw their prize money within 6 months from the date of credit.

d. The Winners shall furnish all the details pertaining to KYC, for withdrawal of prize money.

e. The Winner herein agrees and confirms that his/her account wallet shall be levied with applicable charges by the Payment Gateway towards withdrawal amount and the same shall be borne and paid entirely by the winner alone.

14. Any payments being made hereunder are being done through third party payment platforms and at all times shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the said third-party platforms.

15. NMPL shall in no manner be responsible for any failure on the part of such third-party payment gateway to make payments to the Winner.

16. Further, NMPL shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any errors, omissions or failures on the part of the e-wallets where such prizes are being transferred.

17. The Contestants hereby undertakes that he/she shall not raise any claims against NMPL in this regard and shall keep NMPL indemnified to that extent.

18. Winners should also note that TDS will be deducted as per applicable tax laws in India.

19. General Rules:

a. The Contestant shall mean any person(s) who registers and / or participates in the Contest and who (i) is above eighteen (18) years of age as on the day of registration of the quiz; (ii) is a citizen of India residing in India (iii) is of sound mind and health and (iv) agrees to enter into and participate in the Contest in accordance with the Rules and Regulations as defined in this document.

b. The Contestant shall be an Indian citizen and shall be permanent resident of a State wherein, the activity of participating on online quiz contests and gaming is not prohibited. (The States in India wherein such activities are prohibited or require licensing include, but are not limited to Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Orissa, Telangana, Sikkim, Nagaland) It is expressly clarified that, residents of States that prohibit such activities or games of skill and/or residents and/or citizens of any other country of the world other than India will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

c. The Contestant or his/her parents/legal guardian, if any, should not have any criminal case and/or conviction against him/her.

d. The Contestants shall submit proof of age and address to NMPL (i.e., Birth Certificate, 10th Class leaving Certificate/ School certificate/ passport/ an affidavit signed by a magistrate), as and when demanded by NMPL.

e. The Contestant(s) shall at all times be liable to sign and submit to NMPL any declarations and/or documents as required to be executed by NMPL with reference to the Contest. Non-acceptance by any Contestant(s) of the declarations and/or documents stated herein will disqualify them from participation or winning, immediately, as the case may be.

f. NMPL also reserves the right to disqualify a Contestant in case where a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the Contestant during the registration and/or in the information stated in the documents furnished by the Contestant. All personal details and information requested by and supplied to NMPL by each Contestant must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. NMPL reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant from the Contest at its sole discretion, should the Contestant at any stage supply untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

g. NMPL reserves all the intellectual property rights pertaining to the “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Quiz Time” as well as the Program and its Episodes. Any unauthorized use or display of any trademark, logo, content, copyrighted material, etc shall invite legal consequences against the infringer as permitted under the law and in equity.

h. NMPL reserves all the rights to alter, modify and amend the existing rules, in compliance with the Information Technology laws of India. It shall be the responsibility of the Contestants to check the rules, in case of any revision.

i. The Contestant (s) agree to receive any communication in terms of emails, texts, phone calls etc which shall be made in relation to the Contest.

j. The Contestant (s) agree to provide necessary information for the purpose of registering for the Contest and also in relation to availing the prize money, in case of winning the Contest.

k. Non-Conformance and breach by any Contestant and/or Winners of the Rules of the Contest will result in automatic disqualification without any liability on NMPL and forfeiture of the prize money by and in favour of NMPL.

l. The Winners of the Contest agree that, at no additional cost to NMPL and/or any party and/or person related to the same, he/she/it shall make himself/herself/itself available from time to time and co-operate with NMPL by participating in promotional activity/campaign launched in this regard by the Platform and/or NMPL and any non-agreement of the same will result in disqualification of the Winner from further participation in the Contest. It is clarified here that, subject to the disqualified Contestant having accumulated a minimum winning amount of INR 250/- (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) and above and subject to such disqualified Contestant having placed a request for withdrawal as per the terms hereof, within 10 days from such request for withdrawal being received by NMPL from the Contestant.

m. The Contestants/Winners agree that the prize money cannot be exchanged with other items and the Winner(s) shall further agree that he/she/it will not dispute the value of the prize money so offered to him/her/it upon winning the Contest. If the Winner(s) refuses to accept the prize money offered, NMPL shall be released from all obligations towards that Winner(s).

n. The Contestant(s) agrees that by entering into the Contest he/she hold harmless and indemnify NMPL, its’ employees, its’ officers or any other person in relation to any injury/damage/harm/loss etc. suffered by him/her/it, in any manner, whatsoever, in connection with the Contest and by entering into the Contest the Contestant(s) and/or Winner(s) and any persons and/or parties and any family member, party, person related to the same unconditionally and perpetually waive any rights to make claims and/or file any applications, criminal/civil proceedings in any Courts, Tribunal and/or Forum and before any statutory and/or judicial and/or quasi-judicial and/or government bodies in India and anywhere in the World against NMPL and/or to claim any losses, damages and/or reliefs against NMPL which expression will notwithstanding anything stated herein include without limitation its promoters, directors, employees, consultants, subsidiaries, etc. for all purposes hereof. It is expressly stated herein that the NMPL shall in no way be responsible for any error(s), delays, defaults whatsoever in event of any technical fault or failure due to any reason whatsoever in relation to the Contest and/or otherwise including without limitation any force majeure, delays and/or failure of phone networks and/or internet connection, hacking, computer viruses, logic bombs, trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data. The Contestants agree that the outcome of the Contest and declaration of Winner(s) and the prize money allotted to them, made by NMPL regarding the Contest shall be final and binding on the viewers, Contestant(s) and/ or Winner(s) and in no event shall the viewer(s)/Contestant(s)/ Winner(s) dispute the decision made by NMPL and/or its employees and/or Contestants in connection to the Contest.

o. The Contestants agree that, NMPL is in no manner whatsoever be responsible and will not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any injury, death, mental trauma caused to the Contestant(s)/Winner(s) in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to the Contest and/or prize money.

p. The cast and/or crew of the Program, employees of NMPL and the members of their immediate family, are ineligible to enter the Contest.

20. Systems and Availability

a. NMPL will not be responsible for any break or disconnection or disruption in network connectivity in any manner, irrespective of the network being used. Network issues can disrupt various aspects of the Contest such as receipt of questions and answer options, receipt of any sound, text, image or audio files related to the question, receipt of answer chosen by the Contestant, etc. The Contestant is advised to remain in an area with a strong and stable/ continuous mobile network signal of the telecom operator or internet service provider to ensure smooth functioning of the Contest.

b. Any loss or outrage or dissatisfaction suffered by the course of playing the Contest by a Contestant would not be the responsibility of NMPL and/or its associates/ affiliates and NMPL or its associates/affiliates will not be responsible to make good any such loss or dissatisfaction.

c. All attempts will be made to protect the data from loss and corruption, but in the event such data loss happens, NMPL may have to continue with whatever data is available, or in any other manner as it may deem reasonable. NMPL should not be held responsible for any loss of data or the action taken on account of the same. NMPL will not be held responsible to make good any such loss or dissatisfaction on account of such loss.

d. Prior to start of play of the Contest, the Contestant must check that the app is operational and functioning correctly. The Contestant is advised to keep adequate RAM and phone memory available to ensure smooth functioning of the Contest. Quitting other applications on the device will also help towards smoother gameplay in case of some phones.

e. Contestant is advised to keep the device from which the Contest is played, adequately charged. Low battery will result in shut down of the network and / or device and that will result in the Contestant not being in a position to play the Contest.

f. The server used to communicate with the Contestant has adequate redundancies built into it. However, in the rare cases, the server is down during the play, NMPL will, at its discretion but not as an obligation, determine such measures as it may deem fit, including cancelling certain sections or segments or question(s) from being scored and/or awarding points to all the players for that section, or any other means at the discretion of NMPL.

g. The Contestant acknowledges that all possible issues may not have been identified by NMPL and its partners, and agrees to hold harmless NMPL and its partners for the application, network, process, technical or any other failures. Any losses, injury, discomfort, loss of privacy, inability to participate or any other discomfort of any sort caused to the Contestant or the Contestant’s property or device shall not be the responsibility of NMPL or its partners.

h. No person (i.e., either the Contestant, or any person on behalf of the Contestant) shall initiate litigation against NMPL or its partners in any manner without first providing NMPL a complaint at help.qt@neelafilms.com and providing NMPL an opportunity to address the complaint.

i. In case any unauthorized activity is observed on the Contest, that particular Contestant will be disqualified to play till such time as NMPL deems fit. NMPL would not be responsible in any manner whatsoever on account of such disqualification.

j. NMPL shall not be liable for any failure of the application server or system in the course of playing the Contest.

k. NMPL shall endeavour to make all reasonably practicable arrangements, it cannot guarantee or assure seamless connectivity or continuous availability of the application, server, system or software to the Contestants during the conduct of the Contest as these are dependent on external utilities/ service providers and factors which could be beyond control of NMPL.

l. NMPL and its sub-contractors are not responsible for delayed receipt or non-receipt or incomplete receipt or corrupt receipt of answers.

m. NMPL accepts no liability and shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the Contestant(s) are unable to participate in the Contest due to failure on the part of the telecom operator, facility provider, etc., or due to capacity constraints.

n. It shall not be open for the Contestant(s) or any of their representatives to require an audit of the process or system adopted by NMPL as part of the process of conduct of the Contest or selection of Winners resulting therefrom.

o. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained in this regard.

21. Confidentiality and Publicity

a. NMPL shall keep all the information collected from the Contestants confidential and shall not share the information so collected with any party, save and except for the purpose of the present Contest. The Contestant by providing the aforesaid sensitive personal information hereby agree that NMPL shall have the right to share the information so collected with such other third party as required for the purpose of the Contest and hereby agree that they shall not file any claim against NMPL for sharing of such personal information. Any information shared by the Contestant to NMPL shall be handled by NMPL in terms of the privacy policy of NMPL, and shall be maintained for a reasonable period of time as is permitted by the Information Technology laws of India.

b. None of the Contestants shall, without the prior written approval of NMPL, speak to the press or any other media or any third person, nor give any interviews or comments relating to any aspect of the Contest. The Contestant shall not disclose any information whatsoever relating to NMPL to any other party. Violation of this clause shall immediately disqualify the Contestant’s prospects of further participation.

c. The Contestant shall at all times keep confidential all particulars and details regarding the Contest.

d. As part of Contestant’s contribution to the Contest, the producer of the Program may request one or more Contestant to participate in any online/interactive activity relating to the Program, including without limitation, the recordings of web-casts, interviews and participation in so-called ‘chatrooms’. It is a further condition of entry and participation in the Contest that the Contestant(s) shall adhere to and where necessary, procure from any and all contributors thereto, their necessary agreement and execution of the release form as devised from time to time by NMPL

e. The Winner(s) of the Contest as announced by NMPL from time to time, agrees that he/she shall make himself/herself available from time to time and co-operate with NMPL and participate in any activity and/or campaign (“Promotional Activity”) of any nature whatsoever without any money payable to the Winner(s). Further, the Winner(s)/Contestant(s) shall at no point of time refuse or disagree to participate in any such Promotional Activity for any reason whatsoever if required by NMPL. The Winner(s)/Contestant(s) agrees that the footage of any nature shall vest with NMPL, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights and any other rights for worldwide and in perpetuity.

f. Any photographs, videos etc. submitted by the Contestants/Winners to NMPL or recorded, shall on submission / creation become the property of NMPL and shall be available to NMPL for exploitation across all mediums throughout the world in perpetuity. The Contestant(s) shall ensure that the photos or videos submitted by them in any public domain or their performances shall not be obscene, vulgar, defaming, denigrating women or children, hurting religious sentiments, depicting violence or shall not infringe the rights of a third person. The Contestant(s) shall solely remain liable for any action (criminal/civil) arising therefrom.

g. Acceptance of these Rules and Regulations by the Contestant constitutes permission for NMPL, including its affiliates, to click photographs, record videos of the Contestant(s) and use the Contestant(s) name, photographs, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever

i. Without limiting the foregoing as per the latest guidelines mentioned under the Income Tax Act 1961 monetary winnings in any Contest of any particular day, shall be subjected for the Tax Deduction as per applicable tax laws of India.

22. The participation in the Contest(s) shall be considered to be acceptance of these Rules & Regulations.

23. The Contest may contain certain segments which will be sponsored by third parties. The participation and winner selection in such sponsor segments will be governed by the terms and conditions of the said third-parties. The Contestant may choose to participate in activities made available by such third parties under such sponsor segments. These activities shall be independent of the Contest. The Contestant is requested to make sure they read the terms and conditions of such activities under the sponsor segments carefully. The Contestant hereby undertakes that he/she shall not raise any claims against NMPL in this regard and shall keep NMPL indemnified to that extent.

24. The Contestant hereby represents that he/she is not under any exclusive contracts with any other third party/ agency or is not under any kind of disqualification under law to enter into an agreement with NMPL or its affiliates, as the case may be.

25. The Contestant shall undertake, warrant and guarantee to NMPL that the Contestant has the full legal capacity to participate in the Contest in accordance with these Rules & Regulations.

26. Any requirement by NMPL for the Contestant to link his/her social media accounts hereunder, shall not be deemed to an endorsement of any of such social media platform and the information accessed by NMPL from such social media accounts shall at all times be subject to the terms and conditions of such social media website.

27. The Contestant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen to participate in the Contest at his / her free-will and is willing to bear all risk, costs & consequences arising from such participation in the Contest.

28. The Contestant shall not have any claim against NMPL and/or any of its affiliates connected with the Contest for the same. NMPL or any of the affiliates connected with the Contest shall not be responsible for any such eventuality and the Contestant(s) shall not be entitled to claim any compensation from NMPL.

29. In the event of any fault, misunderstanding or dispute concerning any part of the Contest, and/or the operation of the telephone system, the selection of Winner at any stage, or the validity of any question or answer options, the decision of NMPL shall be final and binding on all Contestant(s) and other persons. NMPL is empowered to take a decision on any case or instances not covered by the present Rules & Regulations.

30. NMPL reserves the right to amend (add, delete or modify) the Rules & Regulations prospectively or retrospectively, at its discretion and without prior notice, in order to improve the Contest or remedy any issues that occur.

31. NMPL has the right at any time to terminate the Contest without any prior intimation or notice to the public and also NMPL is not obligated in any manner whatsoever to compensate any person or persons who have participated in the Contest.

32. Registration or participation in the Contest does not guarantee a prize or award.

33. If the operation of the Contest; the recording or broadcast of any/all of the Program is prevented by an event of force majeure or otherwise, NMPL may cancel all or any part of the Contest, or take such other decision as it deems fit.

34. In case the Winner(s) is found to be in violation of any and all rules/process of the Contest, NMPL reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such person(s) including but not limited to having the concerned Winner to refund the prize money together with penalty interest as deemed fit by NMPL. If at any time, including after disbursement of prize, any information submitted by the Contestant(s) is found to be incorrect, false, or otherwise misrepresented or misleading, the Contestant(s) shall be liable to refund all amounts received from NMPL is liable to reclaim the prizes from the Contestant(s).

35. If any provision of these Rules & Regulations is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or part, the other provisions of these Rules & Regulations and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.

36. NMPL is empowered to take a decision on any case not covered by the present Rules and Regulations

37. NMPL is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any physical injury, death, mental trauma caused to any Contestant(s) and/or the Winner (s) in any manner whatsoever, in relation to the Contest and/or prize.

38. The Winner(s) and/or the Contestant(s) of the Contest agrees that he/she shall hold harmless NMPL, its employees, officers, sub-contractors or any other person in connection with the prize won by him/her and/or in relation to the Contest/Program including but not limited to the procedure in the Contest and shall also not file in person/ through any family member and/or third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India against sponsor and/or NMPL to claim any damages or reliefs.

39. NMPL or any of its affiliates will not be liable for any loss of earnings, employment or otherwise caused to the Contestant(s) and arising as a result of his/her participation in the Contest.

40. The Contestant(s) hereby agree to indemnify NMPL or its affiliates against any claims that might arise from their actions or omissions while participating in the Contest.

41. The only way to enter Contest is through participation as described in Rules & Regulations. There is no other way of entering the Contest. 42. The participation of the Contestant(s) in the Contest shall mean that the Contestant(s) has read, understood, accepted and agrees to abide with all the rules (including the General Rules) of the Contest.

42 The terms of this Rules and Regulations shall be construed in accordance with the Laws of India and in case of any dispute or other matter arising in reference to the Contest shall be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by NMPL and shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, amended from time to time. The Venue for arbitration shall be Mumbai, and the proceedings will be held in English language.
